Golden Eagles stay unbeaten at home with victory over Pierre

By SportScene staff – Aberdeen Central remained unbeaten at home in a 70-60 Eastern South Dakota Conference boy’s basketball win Tuesday night at Golden Eagles Arena.

Harrison Reede led three Golden Eagles in double figures with 21 points. The junior finished with five three-point field goals on the evening.

Noah Behrends followed with 14 points for Central, which improved to 5-0 on the season on its home floor.

Alec Voegele contributed a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Pierre’s Lincoln Kienholz scored a game-high 25 points to power Pierre.

Central (8-3 on the season), hosts Brandon Valley at 7 p.m. Friday at Golden Eagles Arena.
