Central in 10th at two-day event

BRANDON – Aberdeen Central finds itself near the middle of the pack following the first day of the Warrior-Lynx Invitational Golf Tournament Monday in Brandon. The event moves to Sioux Falls today.

The Golden Eagles are 70 over par after 18 holes. Sioux Falls Lincoln leads the field by 10 strokes.

Central was led by Cole Brust, who is tied for 33rd after shooting an 84.

The rest of the Eagles were bunched up on Monday.

Jacob Grau fired an 89, Rylan Dykeman had a 90, Blanchard Carter carded a 91, and Peyton Brust and Quincy Madsen each finished with a 93.
