ARLINGTON – Warner won all five of its matches Saturday to claim the championship of the Arlington Invitational Volleyball Tournament.

The Monarchs defeated Arlington 25-19, 22-25, 25-23 in what turned out to be the championship match of the day handing the host squad its only loss.

Jennifer Aman had a dozen kills and Kyra Marcuson 11 to lead the Monarchs.

Aman had 8 kills and Marcuson 7 in a 25-19, 25-23 win over Elkton-Lake Benton, Marcuson topped the team with 7 kills in a 25-19, 25-22 win over Deubrook Area, and she had eight kills in a 25-14, 25-7 win over Burke and a 25-18, 26-24 victory over Faulkton.

Serving: Warner 66-71 6 aces (Ava Nilsson 12-12 2 aces, Kyra Marcuson 13-15 2 aces).

Hitting: Warner 115-136 41 kills (Jennifer Aman 35-38 12 kills, Marcuson 27-32 11 kills, Kamryn Anderson 16-20 7 kills).

Setting: Warner 126-126 37 assists (Nilsson 101-101 29 assists, Peyton Fischer 10-10 5 assists).

Digs: Warner 72 (Courtney Bjorgaard 16, Nilsson 15, Marcuson 14).
