Aberdeen Christian has moved up to second in this week’s Class B boys’ basketball poll, Aberdeen Central moved up one spot to third in the Class AA boys’ poll, and Aberdeen Christian has bumped up to fourth in the Class B girls’ boll.

All three are unbeaten on the season, as is Aberdeen Roncalli, which continues to top the Class B girls’ poll.

There were no changes among the number one ranked teams, with all six retaining their positions.

Several teams moved into the polls this week.

Harrisburg moved into the fourth spot in Class AA boys, while Pierre (coached by Aberdeen native Brianna Kusler) is now fifth.

Winner is now fourth in Class A boys’ poll, while Lower Brule went from not receiving a single vote to being number fourth in the Class B boys, thanks in part to a win over White River.

In girls’ basketball, Rapid City Central cracked the top five and is fourth in the Class AA poll.
