IPSWICH – Ipswich used a 12-2 third-quarter surge to turn a five-point deficit into a five-point lead on the way to a 42-36 Lake Region Conference girls’ basketball win over Langford Area Monday night.

Katie Bierman scored 24 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead the victory. Quincy Olivier contributed eight points, six assists and four steals to the Ipswich total.

Katie Jensen’s 15 points topped Langford Area. Montana Marlow followed with 10 and Olyvia Dwight added eight.
