MILLER – Redfield sent eight wrestlers to the finals, winning three individual championships on the way to claiming the team title at the Miller-Highmore-Harrold Invitational on Saturday. The Pheasants scored 215.5 points.

Winning titles for Redfield were Brady Risetter at 106 pounds (22-0 on the season), Mason Fey at 160 (21-2), and Corbin Schwartz at 182 (20-0). Finishing runner-up were Jacob Fehlman at 126, Mason Whitley at 145, Sean Domke at 195, Gavin Nichols at 220, and Grady Fey at heavyweight.

CENTRAL CASS LETTERMEN’S TOURNAMENT

Webster’s Cael Larson remained unbeaten on the way to winning the 138-pound championship during the Central Cass Lettermen’s wrestling tournament on Saturday.

Larson improved to 21-0 on the season. His teammate Caleb McGregor was runner-up at 220 pounds. Britton-Hecla’s Bryce Hawkinson finished third at 126.

JESSE JAMES INVITATIONAL

Groton’s Cole Bisbee won the 160-pound championship to help lead the team to a fifth place finish during the Jesse James Invitational on Saturday.

Finishing second for the Tigers were Brevin Fliehs at 138, Lane Krueger at 220, and Liza Krueger at 106. Taking third were Christian Ehresmann at 145, and Korbin Kucker at 152.
