WAUBAY – Jonathon Johnston nailed 10 three-point field goals for 30 points to power Waubay-Summit to a 78-55 win over Britton-Hecla in non-conference boys’ basketball action Friday night.

Damon Opahl contributed 15 points, eight rebounds and 10 assists for the Mustangs, who improved to 17-3. Jackson Wohlleber added 12 points, J Gulbraa 10 and Seth Gaikowski nine.

Dawson Treeby topped Britton-Hecla with 14 points, Aidan Fredrickson followed with 12, and Landon Carlson finished with 11.
