FAULKTON – Groton used an 18-3 second-quarter burst to help fuel a 49-18 non-conference girls’ basketball win over Faulkton Thursday night.

Gracie Traphagen finished with 17 points and 14 rebounds for the Tigers, who trailed after the opening period. Allyssa Locke and Brooke Gengerke each contributed seven points.

Faulkton was led by Shayna Heitmann who had six points and 11 rebounds.
