Jaiden Bauer and Paige Snell each scored 14 points to lead a balanced attack for the Bearcats. Alivia Baumgarn added 11 and Harley Johnson 10. Baumgarn also collected 11 rebounds.
Adriana Ratigan finished 11 points and eight rebounds to power Northwestern.
