There were three basketball games scheduled to take place in Aberdeen Tuesday night, but all of them have been postponed because of the weather.

The Region 1B girls’ quarterfinals have been moved to Thursday. Those games will feature the Wilmot-Langford Area winner at Aberdeen Roncalli at 7 p.m., and Leola-Frederick against Aberdeen Christian at 7 p.m., at the Aberdeen Civic Arena.

The Aberdeen Central boys’ were scheduled to host Sioux Falls Roosevelt in a battle of highly ranked teams. That game, as well as the Central girls’ game at Roosevelt, were postponed. They will now take place on Monday, Feb. 28.

The weather will likely impact many other games scheduled for Tuesday evening. Call ahead and make sure contests are still taking place before venturing out to a game.
