Flandreau rallies past Clark-Willow Lake

MADISON – Flandreau outscored Clark-Willow Lake 18-7 in the fourth quarter to secure a berth in the State A boys’ basketball tournament with a 47-38 SoDak 16 win Tuesday night.

Tash Lunday finished 25 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Fliers, who trailed by two points entering the final period. Alex Anderson added 10 points. Flandreau (19-3) will face Groton in the opening round of the state tournament on Thursday, March 17 in Rapid City.

Trey Huber paced the Cyclones with 13 points. Tyler O’Neill contributed eight.
