De Smet’s Kalen Garry was selected as the Spirit of Su winner at the State B Basketball Tournament Saturday night at Wachs Arena

Garry was also a member of the all-tournament team along with teammates Damon Wilkinson and Tory Holland. Other all-tourney selections included Keshaume Thigh and Ellwyn Langdeau of Lower Brule, Joe Sayler and Dylan Marshall of White River, Grant Luikens of Potter County, Damon Opdahl of Waubay-Summit, Tristian Nielsen of Castlewood, Ethan Russell of Aberdeen Christian, and Connor Epp of Freeman Academy-Marion.

The Freeman Academy-Marion cheerleaders won the Spirit of Six award.
