Foltz wins boys’ race at Deuel Invitational

CLEAR LAKE – Kaleb Foltz of Tri-State won the boys’ race and Isabelle Bloker of Sioux Valley the girls’ race during the Deuel Invitational cross country meet on Monday afternoon.

Foltz covered the course in a time of 16:09 to win the race by more than 35 seconds.

Deuel’s Ricky Berndt finished second in the boys’ race, while Halle Bauer of Great Plains Lutheran was runner-up in the girls’ race.

Arlington won the boys’ team title and Sioux Valley won the girls’ team crown.
