PARKSTON – Aberdeen Roncalli finished third as a team during the Parkston Invitational golf tournament on Friday. The Cavaliers finished with a total of 336.

Sioux Falls Christian won the event with a 321. Payton Koehn of Parkston was the medalist with a 72.

Roncalli’s Sawyer Henrich finished ninth with an 81. Teammate Harper Schnabel was 15th with an 84.

“We just hope to keep improving on the little things,” said Roncalli coach Jon Murdy. “We’ll try to keep getting better.”

The Cavaliers are off until competing at the Groton Invitational on Thursday.
