CHAMBERLAIN – Miller had three of the top six boys’ runners, while Chamberlain had three of the top five girls’ finishers to fuel team championships during the Region 4A cross country meet Thursday in Chamberlain.
Miller’s Pierce Baumberger won the boys’ race with teammate Alex Schumacher second. Anthony Miller of North Central finished fifth.
Heidi Olson of Mobridge-Pollock won the girls’ race.
The top three teams and top 20 individual runners will advance to next weekend’s state meet in Huron.
