The Warner Monarchs are the new number-one rated team in the Class 9A media football poll this week. Warner improved to 6-0 on the season with an 8-6 win over Hamlin last Friday.

Gregory, last week’s top-rated team in 9A, fell to Parkston which is receiving votes in 9AA.

Herreid-Selby Area continues to be rated number one in Class 9B with Hitchcock-Tulare second. Sully Buttes is fourth.

Aberdeen Central and Aberdeen Roncalli continue to be rated fifth in their respective classes. The Golden Eagles, winners of three straight, are fifth in 11AA, while the unbeaten Cavaliers are fifth in 11B.

Hamlin is rated fourth in Class 9AA.
