There was limited action last week and limited movement reflected in the media basketball polls this week.

Several of the rated teams did get in multiple games during the Lakota Nation Invitational. White River lost in the championship game on a last-second shot to Rapid City Christian, but remained the top-rated team in Class B boys. Lower Brule also lost a game at the LNI and remained rated fourth. Aberdeen Christian continues to be rated third and receive one first-place vote.

Other top-rated teams also held down their top spots: Sioux Falls Jefferson in AA boys, and Dakota Valley in A boys, as well as O’Gorman in AA girls, St. Thomas More in A girls, and Viborg-Hurley in B girls.

Wolsey-Wessington continues to be rated second in B girls, while Hamlin is rated third in A Girls with one first-place vote, and Florence-Henry is receiving votes.
