Cambree Hoekman poured in a game-high 21 points, including 13 free throws to lead the Patriots, who trailed by four points heading into the fourth quarter.
Sterling Brassfield scored 12 points, and Tiyanna Schott contributed 11 points and 10 rebounds for Britton-Hecla.
