CANOVA – Howard scored a pair of runs on an error in the bottom of the seventh inning to rally for a 4-3 win over Groton in high school baseball action Wednesday.

Howard struck first in the contest when Griffin Clubb doubled in a run in the opening frame.

Groton answered back in the top of the third on Ryan Groeblinghoff’s solo home run. The Tigers scored two more runs in the fourth inning on a two-run single by Groeblinghoff to jump in front 3-1.
