Miller girls win team title at Class B Classic

MITCHELL – Miller edged Chester by a single stroke to win the girls’ team championship, and Gregory defeated Sully Buttes by one stroke to capture the boys’ team title during the Class B Classic golf tournament on Monday.

Miller was led by Jayce Pugh who was runner-up with an 84, Kaihlyn Anderberg who was sixth with a 92 and Sydney Asmus who finished 14th with a 98.

Chester’s Ayla McDonald was the medalist with an 83. Brynn Roehrich of Clark-Willow was fourth with a 90.

In the boys’ division, Gavin Colson of Sully Buttes was the medalist with a 72. Tray Hettick of Herreid-Selby Area was fourth with a 78.
