REDFIELD – The Redfield Muskrats opened their home season with a 12-5 victory over Warner-Ipswich-Northwestern (WIN) in high school baseball action on Monday.

Seth Siebrecht had a big game for Redfield with a pair of singles, a double, three runs scores and three runs batted in. Nolan Gall finished with two hits and also scored twice for the Muskrats, who took control early with five runs in the second inning. Keaton Rohlfs also had a pair of hits in the victory.

Ashton Remily hit a home run to help pace the WIN offense. Noah Fischbach had a team-leading three hits.

Redfield, 4-1 on the season, hosts Sioux Valley on Saturday.
