MILBANK – Milbank Area scored multiple runs in every inning on the way to a softball doubleheader sweep over Sisseton on Friday.

Milbank won the first game 22-7 and grabbed the nightcap 24-9. Milbank took advantage of 44 combined walks in the two contests.

Abigail Pillatzki and Kennedi Sayler each had a pair of hits for Milbank in the opening game.

Pillatzki also had two hits in the second contest, including a triple. Teammates Josie Riveland and Shelbi Pollock had two singles apiece.
