Circus rolls past Redfield DQ for amateur victory

Aberdeen Circus Sports Bar scored in every inning but one on the way to a 16-1 six-inning win over Redfield DQ in amateur baseball action at Fossum Field Tuesday night.

Michael Babcock finished the evening with four hits, including two doubles, drove in five runs and scored three times to pace the victory. He knocked in runs in the first, second and sixth innings.

Niko Pezonella had three hits and four RBI, plating runs in the third, fourth and sixth frames. Aiden McCafferty added three RBI. Circus collected 15 hits in all, six for extra bases, including a double and triple for Brandon Kusler.

Joey Wollman allowed two hits and struck out seven batters in five innings.
