Aberdeen Circus Sports Bar is headed back to the Class A State Amateur Baseball Tournament following a sweep over the Castlewood Ravens on Sunday. Circus pulled away late for a 7-4 win in the first game, before blanking the Ravens 5-0 in the second contest. The game was tied at 4-4 in the eighth inning of the opening game, before Circus scored three runs. Ryan Ellingson and Chad Ellingson each had RBI doubles, and Michael Babcock drove in another run on a single. Alex Gauer's run-producing single in the top half of the frame tied the score for the Ravens, who had a runner thrown out at the plate to end the inning. Castlewood owned a 2-1 lead before Jesse Babcock's two-run single put Circus in front in the sixth. The Ravens tied the score at 3-3 with a run in the seventh, but left the bases loaded in the frame.
