MILBANK – Brevin Fliehs of Groton finished runner-up individually, while Aberdeen Roncalli finished second in team points during the POET Invitational Golf Tournament on Thursday in Milbank.

Jonathan Lake of the Watertown JV earned medalist honors with a 73 to lead the Arrows to the team title. Fliehs was three strokes back. Jonathan DeBoer of Milbank Area was third with a 78, while teammate Joshua Keeton was sixth with an 80, as the Bulldogs finished third as a team.

Finn Anderson was 10th with an 84 to lead Roncalli, which featured a balanced attack. Gannon May fired an 85, just ahead of teammates Andrew Gerlach and Lucas Daggett who finished with an 86 and 87, respectively.

The Cavaliers will be competing in the Northeast Conference Tournament at Redfield on Tuesday.
