HAYTI – Hunter Cramer passed for two touchdowns and ran for another to help power top-rated 9A Warner to a 22-13 non-conference win over second-rated 9AA Hamlin in a battle of unbeaten football squads Friday night.
Cramer fired a pair of scoring strikes to Brodey Sauerwein, one for 13 yards and another for 12, and also ran 62 yards for a TD. Cramer finished the night with 149 yards rushing and 192 yards passing. He also led the Monarchs with nine tackles.
It marks the second straight week that Warner, 6-0, has knocked a foe from the unbeaten ranks. Last week the Monarchs defeated top-rated 9B Faulkton.

Tyson Stevenson ran for a touchdown and threw a short pass to Zac VanMeeteren for another to lead the Chargers, who slipped to 6-1 on the season. Stevenson finished the contest with 210 yards passing. Jackson Wadsworth led Hamlin with 7 tackles.
