WEBSTER – Frederick and Clark-Willow Lake finished in the top two spots in both the boys’ and girls’ divisions at the Webster Invitational Cross Country Meet on Monday. Frederick won the boys’ team title with CWL second, and the Cyclones won the girls’ team crown with Frederick runner-up.
Kaleb Foltz of Tri-State won the boys’ race with Milo Sumption of Frederick in second. Rounding out the top five were Xavier Kadlec of Ipswich, Cooper Pommer of CWL, and Kalen Godel of Langford Area.
Kamryn Neisheim of Clark-Willow Lake won the girls’ race with Deuel’s Jaycee Hourigan in second. Madison Zirbel of Waubay-Summit was third, Morgan Sumption of Frederick was fourth, and Warner’s Kennadee Wagner finished fifth.
