Bismarck scored five unanswered goals to defeat the Aberdeen Wings in their home opener Friday night, securing a 5-2 decision at the Odde Ice Center.

The Wings grabbed two-goal to start the opening period on goals by Bennett Koupal and Leonid Bulgakov. However, the visitors responded with three goals to close out the period and then added two more goals in the final period after a scoreless second.

The same two teams are back at it tonight at the Odde with puck drop set for 7:15 p.m.
