HERREID – Herreid-Selby Area finished with a dozen aces and 30 kills on the way to a 25-14, 25-16, 25-11 sweep over Ipswich during the opening round of Region 6B volleyball action Monday night.

Mya Ebel had three aces and eight kills, Brenna Jochim contributed three aces and seven kills, and Jada Rossow added two aces and five kills for the Wolverines, who improved to 20-6 on the season.

Herreid-Selby Area will host Sully Buttes in the semifinals on Thursday night.
