Warner remains unbeaten with win over Northwestern

MELLETTE – Stacia Carda came off the bench to score a game-high 16 points to help lead Warner to a 48-40 Lake Region Conference girls’ basketball win over Northwestern on Monday night.

Carda scored 10 of her points in the opening half when the Monarchs opened up a nine-point advantage.

Lauren Marcuson contributed nine points and 11 rebounds, and Lauren Marcuson added nine points and nine rebounds for Warner, which improved to 4-0 on the season.

Adriana Ratigan finished with 15 points and nine rebounds to lead the Wildcats. Ashley Haven followed with 10 points.
