GROTON – Groton rallied from a six-point first-half deficit to edge Milbank 42-39 in Northeast Conference girls’ basketball action Thursday night.

Sydney Leicht scored 11 points and Jaedyn Penning added nine to lead the Tigers. Jerica Locke finished with six points, five rebounds, seven assists and five steals.

Milbank received 13 points from Isabella Anderson, and 10 from Tyra Berry.
