FAULKTON – Warner went off for 27 first-quarter points and clinched a share of the Lake Region Conference championship with a 55-33 girls’ basketball win over Faulkton Tuesday night. Kyra Marcuson scored 13 points to lead a balanced scoring attack for Warner, which improved to 14-1 on the season. Kyleigh Schopp contributed 10 points, Ava Nilsson finished with nine points and nine rebounds, Laura Marcuson and Jordyn Jensen each added seven points, and Stacia Carda tossed in six. Jaymi Senn’s 13 points topped Faulkton, which slipped to 12-3 on the year.
