MILLER – The Miller boys took advantage of competing at home Tuesday during the Booster Club Invitational

The Rustlers won six events in the boys’ division led by Isaak Hunter who swept the 110-meter high hurdles and 300-meter intermediate hurdles. Colby Kolda won the 100-meter dash, and Alex Schumacher topped the field in the 1,600-meter run. Kolda also ran on first place 400-meter and sprint medley relay squads. Schumacher was also on the medley team.

Miller also won a pair of events in the girls’ division.

Northwestern athletes produced wins in four open events on the day. Ella Boekelheide won the 800-meter and 1,600-meter runs on the girls’ side, while Lincoln Woodring won the 800 and Ty Boekelheide won the triple jump in the boys’ division.
