Dairy Queen improves to 15-0 with win over Faulkton

REDFIELD – Third-rated Class B Redfield Dairy Queen scored in every inning on the way to a 21-7 Amateur baseball win over Faulkton on Tuesday night.

The hosts scored five times in the first inning to erase an early two-run deficit and then scored three runs in each of the second, fifth and sixth frames, once in the third, and six times in the fourth.

Dairy Queen had 13 hits and took advantage of a dozen Faulkton walks in the contest.

Bennett Osborn, Peyton Osborn, Cooper Hainy, and Keaton Rohlfs each had two hits for Redfield. Bennett Osborn and Peyton Osborn each knocked in three. Camden Osborn, Cooper Hainy, Nathan Hainy, and Owen Osborn each finished with two RBI. Nolan Gall, Bennett Osborn and Christian DeYoung each scored three runs.

Layne Cotton led Faulkton with three runs batted in.
