WATERTOWN — The Winner-Colome Pheasants have taken over the number one spot in Class B in this week’s South Dakota amateur baseball rankings. Winner-Colome replaced the Dell Rapids Mudcats at the top of poll. The Sioux Falls Brewers continue to lead Class A.

Unbeaten Redfield Dairy Queen is fourth in the B Poll. The squad will be in Aberdeen Friday night to take on Circus Sports Bar.

The Lake Norden Lakers are rated eighth in Class B and the Milbank Firechiefs round out the top 10.

Lake Norden Lakers; 9. Alexandria Angels; 10. Milbank Firechiefs. Also receiving votes: Humboldt-Hartford Gamecocks, Garretson BlueJays, Lesterville Broncs and Crofton (Neb.) Bluejays.

Class A — 1. Sioux Falls Brewers; 2. Tea Steam; 3. Brookings Cubs; 4. Renner Monarchs; 5. Mitchell Aces. Also receiving votes: Sioux Falls Flying Squirrels and Yankton Tappers.
