BRANDON – Aberdeen Central started its golf season Monday at the two-day Warrior-Lynx Invitational. The opening day was in Brandon, while today’s action takes place in Sioux Falls.
Brandon Valley owns a one-shot lead over Watertown in the team standings. Central is in 16th place following a round of 330.
Harrisburg’s Charlie Swift had the top opening round with a total of 68.
Carter Blanchard topped Central with a round of 79 and is tied for 33rd.
Other Golden Eagles and their rounds included Kalen Larson and Jackson Ravellette who are tied for 46th with rounds of 81, Easton Kludt and Gavin Glover who are tied for 79th with rounds of 89, and Ben Phillips who is tied for 90th following a round of 94.
