PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. – Aberdeen’s Olivia Braun concluded play during the PGA TOUR Champions’ PURE Insurance Championship Impacting First Tee this past week.
Braun shot an opening round 66, and had a second round total of 74, however she missed the cut of the top dozen players. The eventual champion ended up 23-under-par following rounds of 66, 64 and 63.
Braun, a junior at Aberdeen Central, was one of 80 teen players from First Tee chapters across the country selected to participate in the event.
