SPEARFISH โ€“ The Aberdeen Central volleyball match against Spearfish was suspended mid-match Friday night. The match, which began nearly an hour late after a fire alarm was activated prior to the start, was ultimately suspended midway through the second set after the facility was evacuated under precautionary circumstances.  The Black Hills Pioneer reported that the school had received a threat, prompting the full scale evacuation. Central coach Jackie Bindenagel said the teams are tentatively set to resume the match at 9 this morning. The Golden Eagles are also slated to play Sturgis later today.
