SISSETON – Milbank’s Jonathan DeBoer earned medalist honors during the Sisseton Invitational Golf Tournament on Thursday. DeBoer fired a round of 77 to win the tourney by three strokes.
Sioux Valley, which had the second and third golfers, won the team championship by a single stroke over Groton.
Brevin Fliehs of Groton finished fourth leading a delegation of three straight Tigers in the individual places. Teammates Logan Pearson and Carter Simon were fourth and fifth, respectively.
