Deuel runners claim individual titles at LCC meet

CLEAR LAKE – Deuel runners swept individual championships at the Lake Central Conference Cross Country Meet on Monday afternoon. Caden Hourigan won the boys’ race in a time of 17:47.11, while Jaycee Hourigan won the girls’ race with a clocking of 19:40.15.

Deuel had the top three runners in the boys’ race to claim the team title as well. Clark-Willow Lake had three of the top five finishers in the girls’ race on the way to winning the team crown.
