GETTYSBURG – North Central had four runners in the top eight positions to win the boys’ team championship, while Potter County had three runners among the top nine on the way to claiming the girls’ team crown at the Region 4B Cross Country Meet on Wednesday afternoon.
Wamni Kills Crow of McLaughlin won the boys’ individual race. North Central’s Gabe Johnson was second, Avery Wells fifth, Drew Arbach sixth, and Aaron Ingerson eighth.
Potter County’s Dannika Kaup won the girls’ race, with teammates Jaycee Stevens and Paige Ahlmeier fifth and ninth, respectively.
Highmore-Harrold was second in boys’ team points and Herreid-Selby Area third.
Herreid-Selby Area was runner-up in the girls’ division with North Central third.
