SUMMIT – Waubay-Summit built a double-digit lead and then held off a late rally from Waverly-South Shore to claim a 35-33 boys’ basketball victory Friday night. Dylan Rumpza had 13 points to lead the Mustangs, who improved to 2-1 on the season with all three games decided by two points or less. Sam Appelhof’s 12 points topped Waverly-South Shore.
