Cougars girls blank Sioux Center

SIOUX CENTER, Iowa – The Aberdeen Cougars picked up their second win in as many days over Sioux Center on Saturday, blanking the Storm for a 4-0 girls’ hockey victory.

The Cougars received goals from four different players in the win.

Addyson Keller scored and Madeline Sandvig scored in the opening period, Aiden Raap found the back of the net in the second period, and Kaylee Dixon capped the scoring in the third.

Alyssa Roehrich finished with a pair of assists in the win.

Chloe Vikander stopped all 10 shots she faced in goal for the Cougars.

The same two teams will cap off their weekend series with another contest today.
