
MOBRIDGE – Blake Thompson and Tegan Konold combined for 45 points as Mobridge-Pollock defeated Sisseton 69-57 in non-conference girls’ basketball action on Saturday.
Thompson scored 23 points and Konold had 22 for the Tigers, who exploded for 30 second-quarter points to break the game open. Konold had 13 points in the pivotal period.
Brooke Bain finished with 10 points, and Charley Henderson contributed nine as Mobridge-Pollock improved to 3-0 on the season.
Sisseton was led by Krista Langager with 20 points. Elliot Hortness and Alexia Quinn, followed with 15 and 12, respectively.
