Groton, Wilmot runners win multiple open events

MILBANK - A pair of Groton athletes and a Wilmot runner each won a pair of individual events during the South Dakota National Guard track and field meet on Thursday. Groton's Keegen Tracy won the boys' 100-meter and 200-meter dashes, while McKenna Tietz of Groton won the girls' 100-meter hurdles and 300-meter intermediate hurdles. Ethan Schwenn of Wilmot won the boys' 400-meter dash and 800-meter run, and also ran on the Wolves' winning 800-meter relay squad.
