NORTHVILLE – Warner-Ipswich-Northwestern won its fifth straight game to start the season with a 4-0 victory over Clark during high school baseball action Friday night.

Devon Fischbach scattered seven hits on the way to a complete-game shutout. He struck out six batters without a walk.

Beckett Halverson delivered a two-run single in the fourth inning for all the scoring W-I-N would need. The hosts tacked on two more runs in the fifth when Chays Mansfield tripled and scored on a double by Alec Mikkelsen. The final run scored on an error.

Mansfield, Mikkelsen, and Drew Bakeburg each had two hits in the victory. Jarin Eidson had a pair of hits to pace Clark.
