Faulkton continues to feel right at home while playing on the road.
The Trojans picked up their 11th road victory, the most in Class B this season, with a 25-20, 25-17, 25-21 sweep over Aberdeen Roncalli in non-conference volleyball action at Roncalli Gym Tuesday night.
Faulkton pounded out 37 kills en route to the victory, despite the defensive efforts of the Cavaliers, who finished with 103 total digs.
“We were scrappy on defense and kept fighting through every point,” said Roncalli coach Mandy Smid. “Our unforced errors made it hard to have consistent energy throughout the match.”
Isabel Aesoph finished with 10 kills and 22 digs to lead Faulkton, which improved to 22-6 overall. The Trojans are the top-seeded team in Region 2B.
Kelli Stoecker added seven kills and a pair of blocks in the triumph.

Roncalli was led by Jeci Ewart with eight kills and 24 digs. Hayley Schmidt also had 24 digs to go along with a pair of ace serves.
The Cavaliers, 12-8 on the season, have their last regular-season home match on Friday when they host Groton.
