Northern State senior Chance Olson has been named an American Football Coaches’ Association Division II All-American.

The former Langford Area standout was named to the second team defense. The defensive back is the first member of the Wolves to earn All-American status since 2018.

Olson led the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference with seven interceptions this past season, the second most in all of NCAA Division II. He returned one of those interceptions from end zone to end zone in a game against Bemidji State.

He ranked second on the Wolves with 80 tackles.
