Rohlfs to compete in Special 200 at Howard Wood

SIOUX FALLS – Aberdeen Central’s Sam Rohlfs will be competing in the the Boys’ Special 200-meter dash Friday night at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in Sioux Falls.

The race will take place at 7 p.m. There will also be a Girls’ Special 800-meter run at 6:35 p.m.

Here is a look at each of the fields in those special races.

Howard Wood Girls’ Special 800: Madison Brouwer, Junior, Sibley-Ocheyedan, Sibley, Iowa; Sydnee Serck, Junior, Yankton; Libby Castelli, Freshman, O’Gorman; Erin Palmer, Senior, Bismarck Century; Alea Hardie, Senior, O’Gorman; Reese Luze, Junior, Colman-Egan; Berkeley Engelland, Sophomore, Mount Vernon-Plankinton; Grace Dreitz, Senior, Canby-Minneota, Canby, Minn. Alternate: Ruth Pardy, Sophomore, O’Gorman.

Howard Wood Boys’ Special 200: Sam Rohlfs, Senior, Aberdeen Central; Blake Boyster, Junior, Custer; Jovi Wolf, Sophomore, Chester Area; Jaden Guthmiller, Junior, Spearfish; Julian Watson, Senior, Brandon Valley; Quentin Lewis, Senior, Dickinson; Ben Stratman, Senior, Harrisburg. Alternate: Tim Bishop, Junior, Harrisburg.
