The Milbank Area boys can be found in 14 events among the Class A track and field leaders this week.

The Bulldogs continue to be led by seniors Bennett Schwenn and Nick Batechlor.

Schwenn is first in the triple jump, second in the long jump, third in the 200-meter dash, and fourth in the 400-meter dash.

Batchelor is second in the 800, 1,600 and 3,200 meter runs.

Webster’s Drew Reetz is second in the pole vault, and Ricky Berndt of Deuel is third in the 800.

In the girls’ division, Hamlin’s Gracelyn Leiseth is first in the shot put and second in the discus, while Kami Wadsworth is third in both events.

Groton’s Aspen Johnson broke into the leaders this week and is currently eighth in the triple jump.
